Job description

The Line Leader is responsible for overseeing daily packaging-line operations to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The Line Leader coordinates employees, monitors production activities, troubleshoots line issues, and ensures production targets are met while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate packaging-line employees during assigned shifts.
  • Set up, operate, and monitor packaging equipment and production lines.
  • Ensure products are packaged, labeled, and handled according to specifications.
