Packaging and Labeling Associate
About the Role
At SriSai Biopharmaceutical Solutions (SBS), our Packaging and Labeling Associates play a key role in supporting manufacturing and distribution operations. This position ensures that products are accurately packaged, properly labeled, and fully documented in compliance with cGMP regulations, company procedures, and quality standards.
This is a detail-oriented role where precision and compliance are critical. You will work closely with Production and Quality teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment while contributing to a culture driven by our RICE values: Respect, Integrity, Customer-Centered, and Excellence.
What You'll Do
  • Perform packaging and labeling activities according to SOPs, batch records, and cGMP requirements
  • Perform aliquots using pipettes, balances, and aseptic techniques.
  • Verify labels, components, and materials before use
  • Assemble packaging components and perform line clearance between batches
  • Operate packaging equipment (labelers, sealers, shrink-wrap machines) safely
  • Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Complete documentation including packaging records and label reconciliation forms
  • Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) at all times
  • Report deviations, discrepancies, or labeling errors promptly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area (GMP standards)
  • Follow gowning, hygiene, and safety procedures (PPE)
  • Collaborate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams to meet timelines

Who You Are
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in packaging/labeling (pharma, biotech, or regulated environment preferred)
  • Previous aliquoting experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow SOPs and documentation practices
  • Basic computer skills
  • Able to perform repetitive tasks with consistency
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
