Understanding of product commercialization from packaging design through manufacturing. Applied process engineering experience in consumer packaged goods. Ability to create and generate technical packaging drawings.

Experience collaborating at corporate and plant levels with engineering firms, vendors, and contractors. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for face-to-face networking with business teams. Self-directed with sound time management; able to manage multiple projects.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, Office 365, SharePoint, and TOPS. Ability to travel up to 10%. Preferred Skills: 7+ years of packaging development experience.
