Cannabis Packaging & Edibles AssociateJob Summary
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cannabis Packaging & Edibles Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist with packaging cannabis flower and infused products while ensuring all products meet company quality, compliance, and production standards. This is a fast-paced position that requires accuracy, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities
  • Package cannabis flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, and edible products according to company SOPs.
  • Count, weigh, label, seal, and prepare products for retail distribution.
  • Assemble and package edible products while maintaining strict quality standards.
  • Perform visual quality inspections to ensure products meet company specifications.
  • Print and apply compliant product labels.
  • Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
  • Follow all state cannabis regulations and company compliance procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
  • Report damaged products, equipment issues, or quality concerns to leadership.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Perform additional production and packaging duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Previous cannabis production or packaging experience preferred.
  • Edibles or food production experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must be dependable with excellent attendance.
