PACKAGING LINE OPERATOR
Ready to Put Your Skills to Work Where It Counts?
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a reliable and motivated Packaging Line Operator to join our production team in Baytown, TX. The Packaging Line Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining packaging equipment to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of products while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Pay Rate
$17.00 per hour
Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. Rotational shift
Packaging Line Operator Duties and Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor form-fill-seal or other automated packaging equipment.
  • Set up machines for production runs, including adjustments for size, weight, and material type.
  • Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical or quality issues to maintenance or supervision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Complete production and quality documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Packaging Line Operator Qualifications and Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
  • Previous experience in a packaging, manufacturing, or machine operation role preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for long periods. (assessment administered in office)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standard operating
