We are seeking a Packaging Engineer to support the development, implementation, and improvement of packaging solutions across a variety of products and projects. This role will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure packaging solutions meet quality, performance, cost, and operational requirements.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver with strong technical and communication skills who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, evaluate, and improve packaging solutions based on product and operational requirements.
  • Support packaging design, testing, validation, and implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify packaging requirements and resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external partners as needed.
  • Analyze packaging performance, quality, cost, and efficiency.
  • Support packaging-related projects from initial concept through implementation.
