• Lead new product packaging development, reformulations, and sustaining projects
• Act as SME for primary packaging (blisters, bottles) and secondary packaging components
• Drive packaging specifications, artwork coordination, testing, and qualification activities
• Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Marketing, and external vendors
• Support packaging troubleshooting, risk assessments, and compliance documentation
• Contribute to sustainability initiatives and packaging optimization efforts

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in blister packaging technologies
• Deep knowledge of plastics, films, thermoforming, sealing, and product protection
• Experience with packaging validation documentation (URS, IQ/OQ)
• Strong project management, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
• Pharma or Consumer Healthcare packaging experience preferred
