We are hiring a Part Time-Accounting Intern!

Hourly Rate: $17.00-$18.00

Part Time: 3 Days a week

Join Our Team at Concord Hospitality at our Dual AC/Hyatt University Area Location.

Are you a detail-oriented student or recent graduate looking to gain real-world accounting experience in the hospitality industry? Concord Hospitality is seeking an Accounting Intern to join our dynamic team at our Lansing hotel location.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations.

  • Support monthly financial reporting and audit preparation.

  • Help monitor accounts payable and receivable processes.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

  • Adheres to all policies and procedures established by the company, the brand and the government
  • Conducts self to reflect the high standards of professionalism within the Concord Hospitality organization.
  • Project enthusiastic, optimistic, helpful attitude.
  • Assist other Leadership Team members and/or managers when needed.
  • Complete all required accounting functions for the property as advised by GM and Corporate
  • Other duties as requested by GM and/or Corporate Directors.

What We're Looking For:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (experience with Excel required).

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a team-oriented environment.
