Role Overview

The Packaging/Pre-Kitting Associate supports compounding and fulfillment operations by receiving, verifying, organizing, and pre-kitting materials ahead of production. This role ensures supplies are accurately received, staged, and prepared to support efficient and compliant pharmacy workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming supplies, ingredients, and materials
  • Verify shipments against packing slips and internal documentation
  • Inspect items for accuracy, damage, expiration dates, and proper labeling
  • Pre-kit ingredients, supplies, and components based on production schedules
  • Label, sort, and stage materials for compounding and fulfillment teams
  • Track inventory movement using warehouse or inventory systems
  • Operate RF scanners and basic inventory tools
  • Maintain organized receiving, staging, and kitting areas
  • Assist with cycle counts, restocking, and inventory organization
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant workspace

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, receiving, production, or fulfillment environments
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality standards
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a pharmacy, compounding, or regulated environment
  • Familiarity with inventory receiving and staging processes
  • Experience using RF scanners or inventory systems
