Job description

Manufacturing Production Associate

Location: Casa Grande, Arizona – Onsite
Employment Type: W-2 Contract
Pay Rate: $17.09–$19.09/hour
Schedule: 6:00 AM–6:30 PM
Contract Duration: 7 months, with possibility of extension
Overtime: Hours worked over 40 per week are paid at 1.5x the regular hourly rate


Role Overview

BEPC is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Production Associate to support our client's onsite manufacturing operations in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role is responsible for inspecting, labeling, and packaging raw materials and finished products while following established quality and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in gaining or expanding hands-on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. The position may involve working in a clean-room environment and operates under moderate supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect raw materials and finished products to help ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Label and package products according to established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate production and manufacturing records as required by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Follow established quality, safety, cleanliness, and production procedures.
  • Work effectively in a clean-room environment when required.
  • Complete assigned production activities accurately and efficiently under moderate supervision.
  • Support daily manufacturing operations while maintaining attention to detail and product quality.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, or a similar environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to accurately inspect, label, and package materials and finished products.
