Job description

Job Overview:

Driver non-CDL

Delivers to small format, on premise, off-premise, and tell sell clients. In store, our drivers provide customer service and merchandise product.

Shift and Schedule

  • Monday through Friday

  • 5:00am until route is finished

  • Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed

  • Local routes

Position Responsibilities

  1. Delivers products to scheduled accounts in good condition and within scheduled delivery time.

  2. Assures brands and packages are rotated properly, safeguarding against past-dated products available to consumers.

  3. Collects and tracks cash/credit proceeds and products removed from inventories.

  4. Computes and records transactions for all related cash, checks, and documents.

  5. Provides shelf merchandising to stores upon request by manager or customer.

  6. Maintains assigned vehicle in accordance to applicable safety regulations.

  7. Other duties may be assigned.

Total Rewards:

  • Pay starting at $23.40 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $24.66 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

  • Benefits, subject to eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Paid Time Off (including vacation and sick time), 401k with company match, Tuition Reimbursement, and Mileage Reimbursement

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older

  • Lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly

  • Valid Driver's License

  • Ability to obtain a DOT med card within first week of employment
