Packaging Associate
Kelly Services is currently hiring Packers on behalf of a leading aerospace and fluid systems manufacturer in Northeast Ohio. This company specializes in highly engineered components used in aviation, military, and other demanding industries.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking for flexible, temporary work through the end of the year.
Location: Hudson, Ohio
Pay: $17.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Hours: Flexible/Sporadic – work may be available for several days or weeks at a time
Assignment Length: Now Through December 31, 2026
Key Responsibilities:

  • Wrap and pack completed products according to detailed instructions
  • Prepare products for shipment or inventory
  • Carefully follow packing cards and customer specifications
  • Inspect packaging to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Follow all safety and quality procedures
  • Wear required gloves while handling products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work carefully and consistently
  • Comfortable wearing gloves throughout the workday
  • Previous packing, manufacturing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
