To thrive as a Package Manager, you need strong organizational skills, supply chain knowledge, and experience with logistics, often supported by a relevant degree or certification in logistics or supply chain management. Familiarity with inventory management software, shipping and tracking systems, and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools is typically required.
