Job description

is currently looking for Quality Inspectors at our West Memphis location to work second shift.

Quality Inspector Duties:
  • Perform detailed first piece inspections for all packaging lines in a timely manner
  • Verify components being used match parts list on work orders
  • Ensure package aesthetics are in compliance with Warren Oil Company's quality standards
  • Identify and quarantine all nonconforming product and notify supervisor when issues arise
  • Perform routine inspections throughout the facility under minimal supervision
  • Verify correct product and quantities while ensuring the product meets quality standards during truck loading
  • Perform pre-checks on all "pick" pallets as picker builds the pallet
  • Shutdown production when non-conformances are identified
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Quality Inspector Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Basic understanding of ISO 9001
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information
  • Problem- solving ability
  • Write legibly
