Job description

Room Inspectors ensure that the company meets all cleanliness and condition requirements. Responsibilities include recording inspection results, resolving guest complaints and maintaining accommodations standards.
  • Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities
  • Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff. Maintain accurate record of such and ensure security of keys.
  • Oversees and conducts guest room inspections
  • Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed
  • Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service
