Salary: $82,418.13 per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

In this role, you'll perform inspections and plan reviews of mechanical-and plumbing, if qualified-installations to ensure compliance with building codes, ordinances, and regulations. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid Michigan driver's license
  • Minimum 10 years of field experience
  • Registered Mechanical Inspector(Act 407) and Plan Reviewer with the State of Michigan
  • Plumbing credentials preferred
