Requirements of position
We are currently hiring Packaging & Inspection Associates to join a production team in Three Rivers, MI. In this role, you will be responsible for rechecking, inspecting, and repackaging items that have been returned and repaired by the company. This is a detail-oriented position focused on quality control and ensuring products meet company standards before being sent back out.
This position operates on an on-and-off schedule, meaning once assigned orders are completed, there may be a short pause before being called back for the next round of work.
Must be able to pass a background check
Must be reliable and able to work an on-call/fluctuating schedule
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Strong attention to detail
Must be able to follow instructions accurately
Steel toe shoes and jeans are required on site
Responsibilities of position
Inspect returned and repaired items for quality and accuracy.
Double-check products to ensure they meet company standards.
Repackage items correctly for shipment.
Sort and organize products as needed.
