What You Will Do:
  • Order Filling/Receiving.
  • Improve warehouse cleanliness.
  • General warehouse work.
  • Safe forklift driving.
  • Cutting wire to custom lengths.
  • Back-up delivery driver.
  • Safe and reliable delivery to customer job sites, industrial locations, and other North Coast Electric locations.
  • Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and vehicle readiness using the Driver's Vehicle Inspection Report.
  • Ensure the truck is loaded correctly, secured, and within the weight limit.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What You Will Bring:
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time (DIRTFT).
  • Ability to learn the use of handheld scanners and operating systems.
  • Good oral & written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • DOT medical card or willing to obtain.
  • Self-motivated and teamwork focused.

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
  • Repetitive lifting and pulling of heavy objects (50+ lbs.).
  • Warehouse environment.
  • Ability to operate a forklift.
  • Typical 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday; however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required.
  • Requires punctual regular, and reliable on-site attendance.
