Job description

Speedbox LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner in Broomfield, is hiring immediately for Package Delivery Drivers. Our mission is to help you deliver your future by providing reliable base pay of $24.50/hour, weekly bonuses for rescues and efficiency, and $5250 annually in tuition reimbursement. This position is based at the Amazon DDV3 delivery station at 400 W 160th Ave, Broomfield, CO 80023.  A typical schedule is 11 AM - 9:00 PM, 4 days a week, including at least one weekend shift on Saturday or Sunday.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver the Goods: Safely drive a company-provided cargo van to deliver 200+ Amazon packages a day to homes, apartments, and businesses throughout Arvada, CO.
  • Embody the Culture: Treat every package and every customer interaction with care, applying our community-focused standards to everything you do.
  • Stay Active: Load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs), navigate stairs, and stay in constant motion throughout your shift.
  • Utilize Technology: Use our provided handheld devices for GPS routing, safety monitoring, and customer delivery information.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license (no CDL required).
  • Must be able to pass a five-panel drug test which includes testing for marijuana, THC, and cannabis.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull packages up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to get in and out of a van repeatedly and walk up and down stairs throughout a 10-hour shift.
  • Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and ready to work as part of a high-performing team.

Schedule

  • 10-hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
  • Weekend availability is required (Saturday or Sunday).
  • 3 full days off every week to study, rest, or live life.
