Looking for a full-time job with great pay, benefits, and only 4 scheduled workdays per week?

Rooster Logistics, LLC is hiring Delivery Drivers / Delivery Associates to join our team in Buford, GA. No CDL is required, and prior delivery experience is a plus but not required.

We provide the delivery vehicle, gas, smartphone, uniforms, and equipment you need to do the job.

Schedule: Full-time employees typically work 4 days per week and must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Associate, you'll spend your day delivering packages to homes and businesses throughout the area while providing safe, dependable and professional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle
  • Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle safety inspections
  • Load and organize packages for an efficient delivery route
  • Deliver packages accurately and on time
  • Use a company-provided smartphone for GPS navigation, package scanning and communication
  • Follow all traffic laws, safety procedures and company policies
  • Provide friendly and professional service to customers
  • Assist other team members with deliveries when needed
  • Work independently while remaining part of a supportive delivery team
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license
  • Must be able to safely operate a delivery vehicle
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and understand instructions necessary to safely perform the job
  • Must successfully complete required pre-employment screening
  • Must be dependable, safety-focused and comfortable working independently

No CDL required. No professional delivery experience required.

Previous commercial driving, delivery, DOT, step van or CDL experience is a plus, but it is not required.
