What are some common challenges package associates face during peak shipping seasons?

During peak shipping seasons, such as holidays or major sales events, Package Associates often encounter increased workloads and tight deadlines. The volume of packages to be sorted, scanned, and loaded can rise dramatically, requiring efficient teamwork and strong time-management skills.
