No RTO during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. All RTO requests must be included at the time of submission. Licensing Requirements: Active Oregon State license or proof of Oregon license application and fingerprinting is required with submission. References: One professional reference from a Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Manager is required with submission. Reference should preferably be from within the last year. Background Review: No felony convictions accepted. Any background hit must include: Traveler explanation statement Waiver/approval documentation (WA) Return Staff Policy Former staff must be separated from the facility/system for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler.
