About PACE North

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a unique program that helps individuals age 55+ who qualify for nursing facility-level care remain safely in their homes.

We provide care at our state-of-the-art center and in participants' homes across a 7-county area, with Grand Traverse County at the center. Since 2019, PACE North has been growing rapidly!


Schedule

Part-Time Evening Shift

  • Monday through Friday
  • 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
  • No weekends required
What You'll Do

As a vital part of our Home Care team, you will provide compassionate, hands-on support to our participants in their homes. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, shopping, and meal support
  • Taking vital signs and documenting participant care
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
