For example, in healthcare, PACE professionals coordinate medical and social services for elderly patients who wish to remain in their communities. It's important to clarify the specific industry or organization to understand the responsibilities and requirements for a 'Pace' position.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a PACE coordinator?

To thrive as a PACE Coordinator, you need a background in healthcare or social work, experience with geriatric care, and often a relevant degree or licensure such as RN, LCSW, or similar.
