Reports To: Front of House Manager

Position Overview:
The Pablo Center at the Confluence is seeking a dynamic and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional service in a fast-paced, artistic environment. You will be responsible for creating and serving drinks, maintaining a clean and welcoming bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience during their visit to the center.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
  • Greet customers, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
  • Manage the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization, including stocking and cleaning glassware, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while interacting with guests and colleagues.
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions, ensuring accurate charges and balance at the end of the shift.
  • Adhere to all state and local regulations regarding alcohol service, ensuring responsible service at all times.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the bar and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering and restocking as needed.
  • Assist in creating seasonal or event-specific drink menus that align with the Pablo Center’s events and audience.
  • Participate in training programs to stay current with industry trends, products, and customer service standards.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:
