Process Management
Acquire and build Data Governance & Management knowledge
Acquire knowledge about each of HRs Data Domains/ Experience Teams and their data landscape
Own access management of HRs main data warehouse, People Data Platform (PDP): review/ approve access, create new Active Directory roles, etc. and serve as backup access reviewer for the People Data Hub.
Document key DG processes by creating and maintaining Procedures/ Job Aids to ensure Business Continuity
Support Enterprise and LoB-level Audit remediation work related to HR data
Partner with Risk and various 1st and 2nd-line Oversight Teams to support joint-initiatives
Partner with People Technology to identify automation opportunities and support data tool migration efforts in partnership with another PA on the Team
Support monthly and quarterly BAU Data Management activities
Help create and test Data Controls to mitigate process risks
Act as subject SME to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by acquiring requirements
Support Onboarding/ ADS (Additional Data Sources) work into HRs main data repository, People Data Platform (PDP), as needed
