At Gemini, we value curiosity and initiative. We're looking for someone who not only knows WordPress inside and out but also keeps an eye on where web technology and search behaviors are headed, someone who anticipates change, embraces new tools, and helps our clients stay ahead of the curve.
What You'll Do
  • Manage daily website maintenance including plugin and theme updates, performance optimization, and security monitoring
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement content updates, design enhancements, and functionality improvements
  • Support occasional new site builds and landing page development

What We're Looking For
  • 4-5 years of professional WordPress development experience
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

  • Familiarity with hosting environments such as WP Engine, GoDaddy, or similar
  • Excellent communication, attention to detail, and reliability
  • Local to the Twin Cities metro area (hybrid schedule: 2-3 days in office)

Why You'll Love Working With Gemini
  • Flexible part-time schedule (10-20 hours per week to start)
  • Contract-to-hire pathway with long-term growth potential
  • Collaborative, supportive culture that values innovation and craftsmanship
  • Competitive hourly pay with room to grow into a full-time role with benefits

Ready to build websites that perform today and evolve for tomorrow?
