  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale low-voltage projects, including electronic security, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Operations, Field Leaders, and subcontractors to create baseline schedules that align with project scope, milestones, contractual obligations, and resource availability.
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling analysis and proactively identify schedule risks, delays, and resource conflicts.
  • Update and maintain project schedules based on field progress, scope changes, procurement status, manpower availability, and customer requirements.
  • Integrate labor forecasts, material lead times, subcontractor activities, and site readiness into project schedules to ensure accurate execution planning.
  • Analyze schedule impacts related to delays, change orders, labor constraints, or material shortages and provide recovery recommendations.
  • Generate and distribute schedule updates, look-ahead schedules, variance reports, and progress reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support operations leadership with workforce planning and forecasting for active and upcoming project demands.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, and Field Operations teams to validate project readiness and maintain schedule accuracy.
  • Participate in project kickoff meetings, OAC meetings, and weekly operational reviews to communicate scheduling updates and constraints.
  • Ensure all schedules align with contract requirements, customer expectations, and General Contractor milestone deadlines.
  • Coordinate scheduling activities across multiple trades and vendors supporting large-scale low-voltage infrastructure deployments.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of schedule revisions, delays, impacts, and schedule-related communications.
  • Act as "our customer's best service provider" by delivering accurate scheduling information and proactively communicating schedule changes.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You'll Need
  • Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 scheduling software required.
  • Strong understanding of construction scheduling methodologies, including Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling.
  • Experience building, maintaining, and analyzing complex project schedules within large-scale low-voltage, security, fire alarm, or life safety projects.
  • Understanding of installation sequencing, procurement coordination, and field execution for electronic security and fire alarm systems.
  • Ability to interpret construction drawings, project specifications, and sequencing requirements.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills across operations, field teams, subcontractors, General Contractors, and customers.
  • Ability to identify scheduling conflicts and develop practical recovery plans to minimize project impacts.
  • Experience tracking labor productivity, procurement activities, and project milestones.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced project environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and reporting tools.
  • Data center, mission critical, or large-scale construction project experience preferred.

Requirements
Education:
College degree, trade school, or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience
  • 3-5+ years of experience using Primavera P6 in a construction scheduling or project controls role.
  • Demonstrated experience with CPM scheduling, schedule analysis, and schedule recovery planning.
  • Experience coordinating schedules with General Contractors, subcontractors, field operations, and procurement teams.

Preferred Experience
  • Data center or mission-critical project experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale low-voltage projects, including electronic security, fire alarm, and life safety systems.
  • Knowledge of project controls, forecasting, resource loading, and labor planning methodologies.
  • Familiarity with construction project lifecycle management and field operations coordination.
