  • Maintain day-to-day digital operations for site digital solutions and support adoption across Operations.
  • Support digital initiatives across the site to protect existing value and drive new value creation.
  • Maintain awareness of end-to-end systems and data flows to enable effective troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with IT, ICA, and Operations teams (site and central) to resolve technical issues and improve system performance.
  • Provide customer-facing support with professionalism, strong service orientation, and the ability to remain effective in stressful situations.

Job Qualifications
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3-6 years of experience in data engineering, digital engineering, or a closely related role.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in a manufacturing environment with daily interaction with Operations, Engineering, IT/OT, and site leadership.
  • English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute with excellence, set priorities, and develop effective work plans.
  • Willingness to provide guidance and coaching to ICA resources, site digital teams, and data customers / end users.
  • Competence with the Microsoft Office suite to support collaboration and communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use complex data to identify opportunities, recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions.
  • Ability to produce and present technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization, with a strong customer focus on delivering reliable data pipelines.
  • Must be able to work onsite at our Cape Girardeau, MO plant 5 days per week.

Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
