Job description

Relevant du chef d'équipe, le machiniste numérique niveau III, aura, en plus des tâches du niveau inférieur, à effectuer le montage et les réglages des pièces complexes et très complexes, à lire et effectuer les corrections dans les programmes à l’aide des divers langages (G code et Mazatrol) et créer des programmes simple de base, selon ses capacités et expériences (Gibb's CAM). Le candidat doit être en mesure de travailler en équipe en formant les machinistes plus juniors, à collaboraer avec les programmeurs pour des analyses de problèmes techniques.
*Poste pour travailler sur des Tours de type Mazak Integrex et DMG Mori - (5 axes)
*Poste de jour ou de soir disponible (selon volonté et préférence du candidat)


Profil d’exigences et de qualifications :

       -Détenir un D.E.P. en techniques d’usinage ;

       -Détenir un A.S.P. en commandes numériques ;

       -Détenir plus de 6 ans d’expériences dans un emploi similaire en TOURNAGE complexes ;
       -Bonne Maîtrise des montages et réglages ;
       -Excellente vision 3D et expertise en résolution de problèmes techniques;

       -Connaître les langages Mazatrol, G Codes ;

       -SET-UP et Programme de petites pièces complexes (pièce de 5 axes / tolérance de ± 0.0002 po /
       Fini de surface RA16) ;
      -Bonne maîtrise et connaisssance du tolérancement géométrique, sera un très grand atout ;
       -Connaître Gibb’s Cam (atout);
       -Connaissance des pièces aéronautiques et Norme AS9100 sera un très grand atout ;
       -Ouvert et disponible pour faire du temps supplémentaire au besoin ;
       -Travail d'équipe et ouvert à partager ses connaissances (formation) ;

       -Autonomie / initiative / aptitude à prendre des décisions ;

       -Sens de l’organisation /planification du temps et des tâches ;

       -Très grande minutie ;

       -Flexibilité/ ouverture / diplomatie / respect.
