Experience Preferred:

  2. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete tasks independently
  3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact respectfully and professionally with residents and team members
  4. Basic understanding of housekeeping chemicals and safe cleaning practices
  5. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English to effectively perform job duties
  6. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and pushing carts
  7. Reliable attendance and consistent professional work behavior
