A Marketing Representative Lead with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for generating leads and booking qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers. Provides customer/concierge services to all guests projecting a professional company image.

SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Our Lead Marketing Concierge will work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Promotion of booking eligible vacation ownership presentations, previews and the sale of mini-vacation packages to on-site guests and visitors. 

  • Generates leads and books qualified timeshare sales presentations for prospective Hilton Grand Vacations Owners, Club Members and other qualified customers at off-property locations. 
  • Provide customer/concierge services and arranging island activities to all guests projecting a professional company image. 
  • Assist in the implementation and tracking of current and future marketing programs, according to the standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation. 
  • Mentoring and training of new and current Marketing Representatives 
  • Resource and first point of contact for Marketing Representative day to day questions and/or concerns 
  • Handling escalated Customer/Guest related issues or concerns 
  • Serving as a role model for Marketing Representatives to demonstrate HGV’s values and expectations for interactions with Guests and other Team Member

What are we looking for....

  • Minimum 2 years proven customer service experience 
  •  Intermediate computer proficiency with the ability to learn 
  • Thorough understanding of the island with ability to explain activities, restaurants, and destinations throughout the island, preferred candidate to be in Hawaii 
  •  Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, and weekends • Strong professional verbal, interpersonal, guest relations, and etiquette skills in person, over e-mail, and on the telephone

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: 

  • Minimum 6 months previous experience working in the retail and/or timeshare industry 
  • 1 year experience in a performance based position with a commission component to its compensation structure Required Qualifications Preferred Qualifications ability to persuade others and overcome 
  • Minimum 1 year proven sales, sales related marketing, concierge, or optional tour and activity sales experience
