Project Manager / Estimator - Bidding

Overview

James H. Maloy, Inc. is a heavy and highway construction company located in Albany, NY with over 100 years of experience in heavy construction throughout the Capital Region and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare project estimates and identify projects to pursue.
  • Coordinate and oversee construction projects from bid process to finish.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Collaborate with owners, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure project success.
  • Review and interpret construction plans and specifications.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and safety standards.
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit project reports, including progress reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering required
