NEXT Door and Window is looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse & Installation Support Associate to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, and taking pride in keeping operations running smoothly.
You'll play an important role in supporting our installation crews by managing windows, doors, and materials at our warehouse, delivering materials to job sites as needed, and assisting with service-related items in the field.
What You'll Do as a Warehouse & Installation Support Associate:
  • Receive, inspect, organize, and safely handle windows, doors, glass, and installation materials.
  • Prepare and load materials for upcoming installation jobs.
  • Deliver materials and products to job sites as needed.
  • Assist installation crews with materials and job-site needs.
  • Help with service calls and service-related items as needed.
  • Load and unload company vehicles and delivery trucks.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized.
  • Identify and report damaged products, shortages, or inventory discrepancies.
  • Safely handle large, fragile, and oversized materials.
  • Follow company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
  • Perform other warehouse, delivery, and operational duties as needed.

What We're Looking For
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking with a positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable driving company vehicles to job sites and other locations.
  • Ability to safely lift and move heavy and oversized materials, including windows and doors. Approximately 50-100lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous warehouse, construction, remodeling, or material-handling experience is a plus.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
