???? What You’ll Do

  • Drive with purpose and precision, operating company vehicles safely and responsibly while following all DOT and oversize load regulations.
  • Deliver impact daily by transporting portable containers, offices, and modular buildings on time and with care.
  • Secure every load with confidence, ensuring all straps and protective coverings are properly in place for safe transit.
  • Own your equipment by performing pre- and post-trip inspections, reporting mileage, and keeping your vehicle in top condition.
  • Stay connected and informed, maintaining clear communication with dispatch and operations to ensure smooth, efficient deliveries.
  • Be the face of our service, providing professional, courteous customer support at every drop-off and pick-up location.
  • Build and break down with skill, setting, leveling, and dismantling modular buildings using piers, pads, blocks, and anchors.
  • Keep safety first, coordinating vehicle maintenance and conducting spot checks to identify and address potential hazards.
  • Step up when needed, performing minor roadside repairs like tire changes and axle fixes to keep things moving.
  • Wrap up strong, completing end-of-day clean-up and equipment servicing to maintain a safe and organized workspace.
  • Use your tech savvy, leveraging basic computer skills to manage logs, checklists, and customer sign-offs.
  • Adapt and contribute, taking on additional responsibilities as needed to support the team and get the job done.
  • Safely operate equipment and complaint transport set-ups, including use of a ball hitch to connect the trailer to the truck.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

???? What You Bring (Must Haves)

  • A valid CDL A license 
  • At least 1 year of recent, verifiable Class A CDL driving experience
  • Confidence using winches, straps, and tie-downs to secure heavy loads
  • Readiness and physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including assisting with the setup, maintenance, and teardown of modular buildings when not driving
  • Physical strength to lift up to 50lbs to shoulder height
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • A Real ID for compliance and travel readiness

????Nice to Haves

  • Proven experience with oversize load hauling, strongly desired! 
  • Hands-on experience transporting containers and/or modular buildings is a plus!
  • Familiarity with Landoll or Low-boy trailers, preferred

Special Considerations: Certain roles may require a clean-shaven face to ensure proper use of safety equipment. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to grooming standards specific to each site.
