Responsibilities

Intelligence oversight isn't a bureaucratic checkbox - it's the foundation of lawful, accountable operations. Peraton is looking for an Intelligence Management Specialist to support USCYBERCOM J2Q at Fort Meade, MD, ensuring the command's intelligence activities remain fully compliant with oversight policies, production chain requirements, and cross-domain data standards.

In this role, you'll be the operational backbone of J2Q's oversight and compliance mission - managing SIGINT Production Chain documentation, supporting Intelligence Oversight reporting, coordinating command partnerships, and keeping the administrative infrastructure that enables the intelligence enterprise running smoothly. What You'll Do
  • Provide full-range intelligence and administrative support to analysts, engineers, and scientists across intelligence disciplines
  • Review, track, and store signed documentation including training records for USCYBERCOM Production Chain members
  • Provide intelligence support on behalf of J2Q across mission management, controlled accesses, intelligence production, and information sharing
  • Develop and maintain file directories, SharePoint sites, pages, lists, and libraries
  • Schedule and manage VTCs, conference rooms, and invitations for Intelligence Oversight meetings
  • Track all CMD IO&P Team requirements and assignments to support production of the USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight Quarterly Report
  • Support drafting and review of USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with internal and external agencies to track and monitor Command Partnerships using the MERCURY ISLAND tool
  • Administer cross-domain data transfer activities (Low-to-High, High-to-Low, Secret) and ensure proper logging and compliance
  • Author and maintain Operating Instructions (OIs) for Command-wide programs and initiatives

QualificationsWhat You Bring

Required:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) clearance with Polygraph
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8+ years with BS.BA or 6+ years with MS/MA or 3 years with Phd
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (required; no substitutions)
  • Working knowledge of intelligence management concepts, oversight requirements, and IC/DoD classification guidelines
  • Demonstrated ability to produce timely, logical, and concise reports and documents in Microsoft Office formats
  • Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and file management systems
  • Understanding of cross-domain data transfer systems and intelligence dissemination processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Experience with the MERCURY ISLAND tool for formal coordination with external agencies
  • Background in intelligence oversight, SIGINT Production Chain management, or compliance programs
  • Familiarity with USCYBERCOM Intelligence Oversight policies and procedures
  • Experience with JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet cross-domain transfer systems
  • Knowledge of DoD intelligence oversight frameworks and reporting requirements (EO 12333, DoD Manual 5240.01)

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
