The Labor/Mover position is essential for ensuring the efficient and safe relocation of goods and materials across various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This role involves physically handling, loading, unloading, and transporting items while maintaining the integrity and safety of the goods. The successful candidate will contribute to a seamless moving process by coordinating with team members and following established procedures to meet client expectations. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are critical to prevent damage and injury during the moving process. Ultimately, this role supports the overall success of the moving operation by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (if driving is required).
  • Basic understanding of safety procedures related to moving and lifting.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
