SOS International LLC (SOSi) is seeking a Generator Technician to provide support for a Facilities and Life Support Contract performed at an overseas location.

Essential Job Duties

  • Capable of troubleshooting engines, fuel systems, controls, and generators using prints,
  • diagrams, and specifications.
  • Capable of maintaining and operating megawatt rated high amperage and high voltage generators.
  • Knowledge of working with and monitoring contracted maintenance services.
  • Provide guidance and oversight for any person under their supervision.
  • Willingness to work on-call, rotational shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope Secret security clearance.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, vocational or trade school graduate or equivalent apprenticeship.
  • Minimum eight (8) years of generator maintenance experience, three (3) of which in a lead or supervisory role.
Additional Information

Work Environment

  • Must reside at an overseas location.
  • Long hours, exposure to harsh weather and other hazardous conditions.
  • Wearing of location appropriate PPE and clothing when in the field is required.
