Job description

Role : Onsite QA lead cum Manager
Experience : 12 to 15 Years
Location : Farmington Hills - Michigan (Open for Remote)
Rate : $70/hr on C2C
Technical Skills Primary
Experience of 10 plus years as a Quality Engineer in Insurance or Salesforce application Testing
Minimum 5 years of testing experience in Insurance and broker domain and familiarity with Agency insurance products rules and methodologies
SME level Functional Knowledge of PAS applications testing is a required
Must have hands on approach and get hands dirty and test critical functionalities and provide sign off
Salesforce application testing is required
Must have lead team of 10 to 15 QAs independently
Must be able to also work with clients and publish various testing reports
Must be able to implement industry best practices and improve overall QA processes
Must have created regression testing suits and reviewed automation test scenarios
Must be able to define implement testing strategies
Should have Worked on Agile projects Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically with extensive experience on Jira
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multitask
Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
Good to have experience on Selenium automation testing or creating automation frameworks
Good to have experience on Provar automation tool
