Job description

Position Summary
Custom Dynamics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented team member to support purchasing,
inventory coordination, sales support, and marketing. This role works closely with Operations,
Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Accounting, and Warehouse teams.


Purchasing (40%)
Create and issue purchase orders to domestic and overseas suppliers.
Monitor supplier lead times and follow up on open purchase orders.
Track incoming shipments and communicate delivery status.
Coordinate with Engineering regarding new product components and revisions.
Maintain supplier pricing and purchasing records.
Assist in forecasting inventory requirements.
Review Technical Support inventory needs each week and order replacement parts and supplies to
ensure technicians have the components required to support customers without interruption.
Identify opportunities to reduce purchasing costs while maintaining quality.
Resolve supplier discrepancies involving pricing, quantities, or quality.


Receiving & Inventory (25%)
Ensure inventory records remain accurate in the ERP system.
Communicate receiving issues with Purchasing and Warehouse personnel.
Coordinate with the Accounting department to process and schedule payments to foreign vendors,
ensuring invoices, shipping documents, and payment terms are accurate and payments are made on
time.


Sales Support (20%)
Support dealer and distributor inquiries.
Prepare quotations and assist with order entry when needed.
Coordinate product availability and lead-time information.
Maintain dealer pricing and customer records.
Assist with trade show preparation and sales materials.
Help onboard new dealers and distributors.


Marketing Support (15%)
Assist with new product launches.
Assist with email marketing campaigns and dealer communications.
Coordinate promotional materials and literature.
Support social media content and product announcements.
Coordinate and attend industry trade shows, including planning logistics, preparing marketing
materials, coordinating booth setup, and supporting the sales team during events.
Track competitor products and pricing.


Qualifications - Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field (or
equivalent experience).

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Positive, team-oriented attitude.
