NFI North THS Bradford, an Adult Residential treatment program for adults with severe and persistent mental illness is seeking a Shift Supervisor, for 3rd shift Supervisor.  The Shift Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of assigned Direct Care Staff and program participants in support of the Assistant Director in carrying out the responsibilities of program operations.  

Qualifications: Candidates should be an experienced team player, enjoy new challenges daily and be levelheaded during crisis situations. Good organization and communication skills necessary; ability to assume and delegate responsibilities and exercise quick and safe decision making is also required.  The ideal candidate would be flexible, energetic and creative. Must be willing to work closely as part of a team of professionals
