Job description

SPAR Marketing Force is growing our overnight reset and remodel team! We are seeking full-time Overnight Fixture Team Members to support retail remodel, reset, and fixture installation projects.

This role is ideal for someone hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working overnight in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Fixture Team Member, you will help complete fixture installations, merchandising resets, shelving updates, and remodel work while maintaining SPARโ€™s standards for safety, quality, productivity, and professionalism.

Projects may include merchandising resets, shelving and fixture installations, steel racking, pallet racking, signage updates, and full retail remodels within national retail chains.

Responsibilities

  • Perform overnight remodel work in big-box retail locations
  • Complete merchandising resets according to planograms, schematics, and project instructions
  • Relocate, assemble, install, remove, and replace retail store shelving, fixtures, steel racking, and/or pallet racking
  • Install and/or update signage according to store layouts
  • Read and follow blueprints, project plans, planograms, and store-specific instructions
  • Use basic hand tools and power tools to complete assigned project tasks
  • Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule
  • Maintain organization of tools, materials, and work areas
  • Communicate questions, issues, or project concerns to onsite leadership
  • Follow all company safety expectations and job site procedures
  • Engage in considerable physical activity, including standing, bending, climbing, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

  • Previous retail remodel, fixture installation, construction, merchandising, or big-box retail experience preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, 8:00 PM โ€“ 7:00 AM
  • Ability to stand and work for 10+ hours
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, schematics, planograms, and project instructions preferred
  • Experience using basic hand tools and power tools required
  • Ability to repeatedly lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights up to 40 feet
  • Experience operating equipment such as scissor lifts, forklifts, order pickers, and reach trucks preferred; must be able to become certified if not already certified
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driverโ€™s license required
  • Personal cell phone and valid email address required
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Appropriate work footwear required on the job site, including steel-toe shoes/boots or inserts
