Description

Join a team of dedicated support for individuals who experience developmental disabilities in their home in Middlebury.  The home offers a therapeutic and fun environment that incorporates such values as empowerment, choice and respect.  This position provides direct care to the residents, and helps them build daily living/social skills and achieve personal goals according to their support plans. Patience, good judgment, attention to details and flexibility necessary. Experience with personal care and medical oversight for this population a plus.  HS diploma/equivalent and good driving record required.  


Two full-time positions are open:  one with 41.5 hours per week with 2 overnights (ample off time throughout the week), and 40,5 hours with one overnight ( 3 days off).  The pay rates are $20/hour for daytime hours and $16,25 for overnight hours.  The overnight hours are sleep overnight.  A sign on bonus up to $750!
