As the over night leader you will be responsible for leading the over night shift while maintaining McDonald's and Dukart Management standards.
-You will oversee 4-5 crew nightly depending on the day
-Connect with guests to ensure they have a positive experience
-Keep the cleanliness maintained and operationally ready for the next day
-Partner with crew and other managers to meet daily goals.
