This LICSW position is remote-based, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while utilizing advanced telehealth technology to connect with your clients. • Provide individualized, couple, and family therapy sessions via telehealth, addressing issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and relationship challenges.
• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing standardized psychological tools and methods to effectively evaluate client needs and strengths.
• Develop comprehensive and actionable treatment plans tailored to the specific goals and situations of each client.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and state laws, ensuring confidentiality and ethical standards are upheld.
• Engage in regular supervision sessions and continuous professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in social work.
• Foster an environment of trust by providing culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects the diverse backgrounds of all clients.

You will work with a diverse client population that includes adults, children, and families, each facing unique challenges that require tailored therapeutic approaches. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Valid Vermont license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with the ability to practice independently.
• A proven track record of delivering therapy to individuals, couples, or families, demonstrating effective intervention strategies.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong understanding of clinical documentation practices and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting, preferably utilizing telehealth.
• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic practices and familiarity with assessment tools.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a virtual team setting.
