Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty 🩺✨

Weekends | Overnight Shift | One‑on‑One Care

📍 Location: Monongahela, PA
🕗 Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 13‑year‑old male child. 🩺 What You'll Do:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Provide trach/vent care
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
  • Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care
✅ What You'll Need:
  • Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
