Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty (Trach/Vent)

Weekends | Overnight Shift | OneonOne Care

Location: Monongahela, PA
Schedule: Friday & Saturday | 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

What You'll Do
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
  • Trach/vent care/monitoring
  • Monitor vitals
  • Administer medications safely and accurately
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
  • Deliver exceptional, familycentered pediatric care

What You'll Need
  • Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
  • CPR certification
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
