This role is ideal for a dependable caregiver who can manage physical care tasks confidently and maintain a calm, respectful presence throughout each shift.

As a full-time onsite team member, you will support residents with mobility and personal hygiene needs, follow established care plans and safety procedures, and collaborate with clinical and support staff to promote a consistent, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, toileting, and mobility support.

  • Safely operate and use a Boyer lift to assist with transfers as required by care plans and safety guidelines.

  • Support residents’ comfort and wellbeing by monitoring needs, responding appropriately, and maintaining a clean and orderly environment.

  • Follow established protocols for safety, infection control, documentation, and reporting changes in condition.

  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure continuity of care across weekend and overnight shifts.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to provide physical assistance and perform hands-on personal care duties, including lifting and transferring in accordance with safety procedures.

  • Strong commitment to dignity, respect, and person-centered care for individuals with varying support needs.

  • Reliability and ability to work weekends and overnight hours on a full-time schedule.

  • Basic understanding of safe care practices, infection prevention, and the importance of accurate reporting.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a caregiving, residential, or healthcare support role.

  • Familiarity with mobility support, transfer safety, and resident-focused routines.

  • Experience working collaboratively in a team-based care environment.

  • Comfort communicating with residents and families using a compassionate, professional approach.

  • Basic experience maintaining simple care logs or shift documentation.
