Caregiver Job Overview (In-Home Senior Care)
As a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide, you will provide one-on-one, in-home care to seniors, helping them remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their homes.
This is a hands-on caregiving role where you can build meaningful relationships and make a real difference every day.

Caregiver Responsibilities
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
  • Support mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands
  • Offer medication reminders
  • Document care using a mobile device.
Caregiver Requirements
  • 1+ year of professional caregiving experience preferred
  • Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or in senior care strongly preferred
  • Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license and insured, reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling and care notes
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check
