The Regional Vice President (RVP) provides executive leadership for a portfolio of Opioid Treatment Program (OTP) clinics, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and exceptional patient care.
This leader is responsible for overseeing regional clinic operations, mentoring Regional Directors and clinic leadership teams, driving business growth, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, accreditation, and company standards. The RVP partners closely with executive leadership to execute strategic initiatives that improve outcomes for patients, employees, and the organization.

Salary Range: $150,000/year to $180,000/year
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Business, or a related field
* Minimum of five (5) years of progressive leadership experience managing Opioid Treatment Programs or multi-site behavioral healthcare operations
* Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary teams
* Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel
Preferred
* Master's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
* Multi-state behavioral healthcare leadership experience
* Experience leading organizational growth, acquisitions, or new program development
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for multiple Opioid Treatment Program clinics.
* Lead, mentor, and develop Regional Directors and clinic leadership teams to achieve operational excellence.
* Ensure compliance with all federal, state, DEA, SAMHSA, accreditation, and company standards.
* Drive regional financial performance by managing budgets, monitoring key performance indicators, and implementing improvement strategies.
* Promote a culture of quality, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to monitor incidents, identify trends, and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with Human Resources to support talent acquisition, employee engagement, leadership development, and succession planning.
* Oversee implementation and utilization of corporate HR, training, and operational systems.
* Lead regional marketing, community outreach, referral development, and public relations efforts.
* Build and maintain productive relationships with regulatory agencies, community partners, payers, referral sources, and government officials.
* Partner with Development teams on acquisitions, de novo clinics, service expansions, and strategic growth initiatives.
* Ensure clinics maintain a safe, professional, and welcoming environment, including oversight of facility appearance and capital improvements.
* Collaborate closely with executive leadership, physicians, call center operations, and corporate departments to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care.
* Participate in policy development and continuous improvement initiatives to align operations with evolving regulatory requirements.
* Serve as a champion for organizational change, effectively communicating and implementing new initiatives across the region.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
