Job description

Neuropsych Sales Specialist (Territory: Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Yuma)Responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with regional team members and key external contacts (HCP and office staff).
  • Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
  • Consult with physicians, nurses, and office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
  • Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs; drive differentiation and sales targets.
  • Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget.
  • Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face; focus on top target customers).
  • Address external market challenges; collaborate cross-functionally to achieve sales strategies.
  • Complete administrative duties for the territory.
Qualifications/Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
  • At least 1 year of full-time documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred.
  • Role level: Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
  • Travel: regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
Skills/Abilities (required/preferred):
  • Proven accomplishments in market; strong interpersonal, written/oral communication.
  • Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual; proficient with technology.
  • Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; new product launch experience; broad therapeutic area experience.
  • Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
