Job description


We are currently hiring two Quality Control Technicians for overnight shifts with shift differential pay.
Responsibilities:
  • Collect product samples for quality testing.
  • Perform visual inspections to identify product defects or quality concerns.
  • Record inspection results accurately using company documentation.
  • Communicate quality issues to the appropriate team members.
  • Sort products and remove defective items from production.
  • Repackage products as needed to meet quality standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse and production duties.
  • Work collaboratively with the quality team to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
  • Previous warehouse, production, or material handling experience preferred.
  • Quality control experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Reliable with excellent attendance.
  • Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach overhead, and work in a warehouse environment.
Pay & Schedule:
  • Starting Pay: $21.00/hour
  • Weekday Night Shift Differential: +$1.25/hour
  • Weekend Night Shift Differential: +$2.50/hour
Training Schedule:
  • Monday- Friday | 8: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM (2- 4 weeks)
Available Shifts:
  • Week Nights: Monday- Wednesday 7: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM, Thursday 7: 00 PM - 1: 00 AM
  • Weekend Nights: Friday 1: 00 AM - 7: 00 AM, Friday- Sunday 7: 00 PM - 7: 00 AM
